Get ready for 420 by crafting your own pipe from clay!! Your instructor will walk you through creating your choice of three body styles of pipe: straight, square or traditional “bowl” (straight and square pictured here). After molding your masterpiece our staff will kiln-fire it so that you may return to paint your pipe in any of our regular or specialty glaze. Your pipe is then re-fired and packaged for pickup. This workshop is $35 per pipe and includes the glazing and second firing for no additional charge!

Your instructor will walk you through creating your own spring mottled posey vase! You may choose from the warm or cool color versions of the project. Your Instructor will lead you in creating a functional mushroom candle using techniques in clay handbuilding. You may return when your mushroom has been fired to glaze it in whichever beautiful colors strike your fancy. Staff will fill your finished masterpiece with a wick and soy wax so you can enjoy its light for hours and refill as needed. Your first mushroom candle is included in the price of the workshop, additional mushrooms are $20 each and may be purchased during the event.

This is a group workshop in which the instructor will walk through creating a hand-built clay mug step-by-step. You will have the option to personalize your mug with texture rollers, letters and design stamps. Mugs will then be bisque-fired and attendees may walk into the studio anytime after December 20th to glaze (paint) their mug. This is a clay-handbuilding workshop! The instructor will guide you through the creation of your very own mini-me gnome! Potters are encouraged to add accessories and decorations that match their hobbies or personality! Gnomes that are built during this session will be fired once, and ready to glaze one week later. Potters are then invited to walk into the studio at their convenience to glaze their gnomes, which will then be fired a second time and ready for final pickup one week later!

Stoners get spooky at our Hashfull Halloween Party! We’ll pull out the 420 items, beakers, pipes, plus themed plates and accessories for this adults-only 18+ BYOB party. Light munchies and sodas will be served at this free event!
Painters will learn to use specialty flowering glazes to create a professional quality "drip"-glazed pumpkin. The $10 registration fee reserves your spot at this workshop. You will select and pay for your pumpkin of choice from a variety of shapes and sizes at the event.
Painters will be guided through the process of creating the Spooky Haunted House Halloween Bowl Project. The pottery-painting pro will instruct you in using transfer paper to create your one-of-a-kind masterpiece! $40 includes all materials and instruction.
Painters will create this charming watercolor pumpkin dinner plate with step-by-step instruction from a pottery-painting Pro! $50 includes materials, instruction, glazing and firing! We recommend Ages 8 and up for this event : )
Rapunzel will be with us in studio for two sessions of painting Sunday morning at 10am and 11am. Rapunzel will read her story, sing her song and teach the painters a special princess dance. A ticket entitles your painter to a ceramic princess figurine for painting and meet-and-greet plus photo-opp with Rapunzel! Parents and chaperones do not a ticket, but seating is limited so feel free to drop off your kiddos for the painting portion and swing back for the photo-opp and pickup. Figurines painted at the event will be available for pickup Sunday September 24th.

We’ll be onsite at Williams Sonoma on King Street for a Second Sunday Yard Sale! The street will be closed to traffic so you can wander and shop freely. Our studio’s pre-painted store samples will be on sale for purchase along with unpainted pottery-to-go kits. We will welcome haggling and items are priced to SELL (or make your best offer!).
This free event is outside and open to the public!
Painters will learn how to screen print on pottery and then screen print a fall festive saying onto an item of pottery of their choosing. $10 Registration fee saves your spot and pays for instruction. The price of your chosen item will be additional and purchased at the event.
